At FutsalAceh, we are committed to providing a reliable, efficient, and transparent delivery experience. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered, so you know what to expect after placing an order.

Order Processing

Once your payment has been successfully received and verified, your order will enter our fulfillment process.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, promotional campaigns, or public holidays.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

  • Where available, tracking information will be included in the shipping confirmation.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays observed in Germany.

Delivery Destinations

FutsalAceh currently ships to selected destinations within Europe.

Available countries and shipping options are displayed automatically during checkout based on the delivery address provided.

If your country is unavailable during checkout, we are unfortunately unable to deliver to that destination at the present time.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched.

Germany: 2-5 Business Days
Netherlands: 3-7 Business Days
Belgium: 3-7 Business Days
Austria: 3-7 Business Days
Other European Countries: 4-10 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, national holidays, or regional disruptions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout and may depend on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Order value

  • Parcel size and weight

  • Selected shipping method

The final shipping charge will always be displayed before payment is completed.

From time to time, FutsalAceh may offer promotional shipping discounts or free shipping on eligible orders.

Tracking Information

Where supported by the selected delivery carrier, tracking information will be provided via email after shipment.

Please allow several hours for tracking details to become visible within the carrier's tracking system after dispatch.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details during checkout.

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in:

  • Delivery delays

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Returned shipments

  • Additional shipping charges if reshipment is required

FutsalAceh cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Unexpected Delivery Delays

Although we work with trusted logistics providers, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate the shipment with the carrier and keep you updated throughout the process.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package appears to be lost, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

To assist us in resolving the matter efficiently, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs of the damaged product and packaging (where applicable)

Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will work with the shipping provider to determine an appropriate resolution.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other local fees may apply depending on the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

FutsalAceh is not responsible for delays resulting from customs inspections or clearance procedures.
